Probably depends on if they are homosapiens or not. My guess is if they aren't, they'll be treated like any other animal and put in a cage

If we assume Bigfoot exists and is intelligent, I would suggest they are more like an indigenous tribe or people like those un-contacted tribes in the Amazon rain forest or the folks on North Sentinel island.
Kind of left alone to manage and govern themselves.
I've got a theory that Bigfoot sightings are frequently just people who dropped out of society to live a primitive life in the woods. In that case yeah, basically.

Well Bigfoot isn’t a human so therefore wouldn’t be able to apply for citizenship to any country as far as I’m aware. So he could be stateless. Or if you consider Bigfoot more of a animal it’s just a animal
