The toilet is putting the water in, not the user.
Yes, but the user isn't supposed to flush it
No, they’re supposed to put a small bucket in the toilet to catch it. No one knows this and people keep flushing water into drains.
The toilet bowl is for loading and unloading ONLY.
We have a similar sign at my work and everyday I think about bringing a marker into the stall and writing “what am I supposed to do with my poop?”
The moment you figure out where your poop is supposed to go, you'll get a promotion. I guarantee it.
I work in maintenance and people frequently flush things other than toilet paper and poo, someone put signs up, complete with pictures, they got taken down and the blockages continued.
The apartment where my parents live had to post a PSA to stop flushing women's health products because it had caused a blockage like 3 times within a month
Please tell me they flushed the signs.

When I first went to eastern Europe, I was confused why there were signs saying to not flush paper down the toilet. Like, obviously. That's for body waste and TP only.
"Paper" means "toilet paper".
So what do they do with their TP? Why not just install bidets?
