I worked at a place with a very similar working environment for 3 years a long time ago. It was absolute hell and I'll never go back to another place like it. The best advice I can give you is not to let them know that you're dissatisfied, and don't stop looking for a different job. Do everything you can to get the next job lined up and quit the current one ASAP.
