If we're going to define it like that then hell ya I'm conservative as fuck

You're forgiven. When I was young, I genuinely thought "fiscally conservative" was a logical position until all the would-be fascists starting going mask-off.

A hundred percent, but the fact remains that journalists have a very hard time supporting themselves in their profession. A job that is critical (when done well) to an informed public.

It must be depressing knowing you could just take a TypeScript React bootcamp and probably double salary in a year. Like, journos have an important job. It's just not lucrative, despite its value to people/society.

God I'm out of bread this morning, and my mouth is watering lol. What kind of flower did you use? It looks like a nice crusty loaf.

I think you touch it to different things and see what happens, if I remember my absurdists.

So the sense of speed is the fun part?

I kinda tricked myself into liking running by making a game of how long I could put up with the discomfort and feeling out of breath. Now I no longer feel out of breath, and it sometimes feels actually... good?? I don't know if I just became inured to the sensation, or if I'm just fitter.

Is it a trick if it's really amazing?

Are you kidding? I can always want to eat more broccoli than is advisable. I have to like hold myself back.

For real though, you can "acquire" these tastes.

Is it that sad, or is it actually great!

I've used mechanical pencils for note taking for decades now, but recently took up cursive and journaling.

Maybe I'm just not used to it, but I find my hand cramps up way more than it ever did when I was printing notes (maybe 1 to 2 pages per day).

I'm curious what other people are using for serious writing. I've got my Rotrings (naturally), but for real "heads down" writing sessions I've been using either the Kokuyo Fitcurve (a fat and light mech. pencil) or just a plain wooden pencil.

And lately I've been using wood pencils more and more, even for note taking. Anyone else dip back and forth like this?
