9. No link shorteners.

Aren't there punishments for false accusations?
At the officer's discretion...
Do it enough times and you'll get the officer who cares, and they'll be so annoyed they'll look at past calls.
I've had to deal with a harasser who was also making false calls to the police about me. Most cops suck, but eventually you get one who does their job.

When I was in elementary school, a lot of boys would occasionally get together and try to find dirty words like "fart" in the dictionary.

How are these women able to just walk into school libraries in the first place? Is there NO SECURITY in those schools?
They don't need to walk into the school's library in order to file a false police report.

80% of self identified Christians in America haven't read the bible cover to cover.
