Maybe they're not just pretty words, but that's deeeeefinitely not correct latin either.

Gorgiamus, from gorgire(?) isn't a word. And I doubt "allos" is either. The phrase is way too literal, and it's also wrong.

It's "thus now we will (not a word) (not a word) all near us"

I had to grab a dictionary for this, since these aren't exactly common words, but I'd use "dominor", "to be Lord/master over" instead of "subigere", which is closer to "to suffer".

"Epulor" (which I had to look up) is apparently more of a "fine dining" type of feasting. "Manduco" is more gnawing and chewing and gluttony.

You'd end up with Libenter manducamus his qui nos dominent

But that's still long for a motto. Maybe Domituros libentir manducamos works better. It's less exact, more of a "those who dominate us are gladly devoured by us", but it's also more of a motto. It also has a few other translations though, which are unfortunate.

I don't remember that change... My mom still has that movie on laserdisc, so I might have to look into that. But I remember it always rhyming, hence the "Daddums"

It still rhymes, they just cut that one part. When I say "they" I mean the UK broadcaster, so whatever copy you have would be unaffected.

Ohhhhhhh, you're saying they literally omitted those three words! I thought you were saying that they changed "Fester's the echt" to "Fester Addams." I was confused why they would have done that in the first place since it didn't rhyme.
