What if… ok, hear me out on this: What if we let Poland "Lease" a nuclear weapon from USA or France just so Poland could announce they now have a nuclear weapons in their possession?. So on the paper that would be true, but the secret small-letter asterisk footnote in the contract would still leave final command/control over firing/usage of this weapon to the real owner?

You know, a typical leasing deal :)

It is funny how, since it's flag is drawn upside down, its flag would now result in the same as  Indonesiaball and  Monacoball, and will confuse some early Countryball fans. The solution to this is to draw  Indonesiaball with an Asian rice hat or a songkok and Monacoball with sunglasses.
