Why would you stay in the hair salon for X hours if you can go to the Starbucks next door and sit outside for a bit?
Maybe it’s a condos shared balcony or something?
It looks to me like they're sitting at street level, like on the patio outside a Starbucks
Some places have a little private ground level patio as well. Balcony likely wasn’t the right word here.
The other week, I was at a local burger place that shares a wall with a salon. Two women dying hair came in and somehow I was the only person in my party that knew wtf was going on. Friend thought they were literally ton foil hat nuts, haha.
