Did you miss the part of my comment where I specified that my information was from when digital was non existent….?

It’s not the cost, it’s manufacturing capacity and supply.

Theres only so many discs that can me manufactured in a day, they also need to supply movies and the blanks markets.

They have hundreds of other games to print. So yeah they make 500k discs a month ahead of time, and if Walmart gets 20k they have 10k stores, that means each store is getting a whooping 2 units.

Ask the clerk, he confirmed there is never shortages or anything like that for physical disks.

Small town?

When stuff only released on disc stores can only get so many copies. Even if it’s a 100 or so, there’s no guarantee they’ll have enough on launch day to even satisfy demand. People would line up the night before as well.

So if you wanted to make sure you got a copy of a good game to play day 1 with your buddies, you HAD to preorder and hope they weren’t out, since they also held stock to sell day of.

Some malls have drugstores that operate 24/7, you flood it with light to prevent crime as well.

I’ve never seen a public lot not lit 24/7 in NA. The dark attracts crime, can’t be seen well nor recorded in the dark. So given the opportunity, they’ll pick the dark lot over the lit one. So to deter, you light it up, but as said, there’s usually some business open 24/7 anyways, or you don’t know what tenants are there at any given time, so you defer to the safest. All the time.

The “codes” are for commercial areas where the public is assumed to be more less always there. Think like condo or mall parking lots.

Your house, you can do whatever you want.

Having a central photocell is super common. Only in the last few years have devices have them integrally since they became cheap. But sometimes they are still controlled by a central timer/photocell as well.

And it’s never put “along the power source” a central photocell should be in the shade on the setting side of the sun. Put it on the east, and the lightsll come on too early.

I never used it in that way, so my comments were still removed for false reasons.

Retard also has more than one definition, it’s not a catch all term. So comments shouldn’t be removed for just having the word.

You know this, I still have two comments that use the term in a no direct insulting way.

It’s also an incredibly silly situation to allow directly insulting users with like “stupid” anyways, but you do, this will be a cesspool like other places in no time. And as the other user unhelpfully pointed out, that would put you in violation of lemmy.worlds rules itself…. So which is it? Your rules, or theirs? Or is this like most other communities and the rules are made up every report?

I provide proof it takes more than a few minutes and point out both of your sources show neither, and now you insult me and call me the idiot? Look in the mirror, I’m not the one spreading lies and posting videos that are unrelated and don’t support my point. You realize the audio could have been added in post in yours… yeah…?

If it takes minutes, why can’t you post a video that proves this…? Because you’re fucking wrong.

It’s not a few minutes, why the obvious lie?

Anyone who has actually tried this know it’s not that fast.

Your video doesn’t show a tire deflating in either case…

https://youtu.be/0E-z3DTdpKU?si=PKt0P4yDyi8XfLdn

This video says over night and shows it’s a slow leak. So now we both have video with claims that contradict each other… huh, if it takes minutes, why can’t you provide a video showing this…? Yet mine shows without a doubt, it’s a slow leak. Can you prove otherwise……?

Why the hell do you continue to lie and post shit that doesn’t remotely prove your point lmfao. Nothing you’ve provided as source supports anything you’ve said.

As you’ve said you haven’t done this, if you actually have, you would know it doesn’t take a few fucking minutes like you’ve claimed and provided 2 sources that doesn’t corroborate… you got any concrete proof? Or are you gonna show again how you aren’t the sharpest crayon in the package…?

Two sources and neither show a tire deflating on minutes, you seriously still want to claim the same asinine thing while providing nothing to back it up?

What you’re saying produces a slow leak.

Why lie that it deflates in minutes? Go do it to your tire, a pebble that fits in, can only produce a slow leak. Now removing the entire valve stem core and removing the cap, that’ll deflate it in about 10-15 minutes. That’s still vastly longer than the claimed “minutes”.

Post a video, prove it dude. So removing the core and cap takes over 10 minutes, but somehow magically a pebble reduces that to minutes? Prove it dude, your anecdotal evidence is clearly a made up lie.

Got 4x 2ml carts from 7g of Rosin. I had to use some liquidizer to get it more flowable, it was liquidy at 50c, but it would probably gum back up when coming down.

So if my math is right, I added about 1ml of liquidizer (instructions say 2ml/g but that’s uncarbed as well) so per gram they want you to be 1/3 concentrate, so I’m not expecting it to taste much like the “strawberry” it’s supposed to. So with their instructions I should come out with 21ml or 10 full carts. Shit would be weak, but we will see if it’s even smokable at this consistency.

I’ve made some posts throughout the journey, but any specific Qs feel free and I’ll try to answer them, but I ain’t no expert here.

Winded up taking about 3 hours at 200f until I didn’t see any more bubbles forming, it doesn’t appear to have recrystalized. So today I’m gonna warm it back up and get it into some carts.

It’s cold from the fridge, so not very flowable right now, so will likely need to use my flavored liquidizers, but the terpenes all didn’t boil off, still has a beautiful smell.

Bubble hash

And the resulting Rosin. Winded up looking more like butter though.

This is about 30 minutes into a potentially 30 hour process.

The oven is set to 200f, and you put the Rosin (or any concentrate of your choice is my understanding) in a mason jar and let her rip until all of the CO2 bubbles stop forming. This turns the crystalline thc-a into the liquidy thc.

From there I’m going to do a few carts a few different ways, I have liquidizers to flavor and help thin if needed, but in theory I should be able to put the decarbed rosin liquid right into a cartridge and go.

It’s “Live” rosin because I froze my cannabis immediately after harvest. The “Fresh Frozen” cannabis was than put through a bubble wash machine to get Bubble Hash. From there the Bubble Hash was dried and cured and then pressed into rosin. And from Rosin to here now.

Going to trim off some growth sites today and install the second trellis.

She filled the tent out beautifully though, still another week of stretch I’m assuming (hoping?).

Flower feed week 1.

Changing to 12:12

Starting some autos.

Todays a good day growmies

Lot of stuff I’ve been reading say to buy around mid December when the seed catalogs come out, but which ones?

I usually just get seeds and plants from Home Depot, it’s done the job, but I want to find some nice heirlooms and/or varieties they don’t carry. Also screw “white label” seeds. But that’s another discussion.

So this last year I got some different seeds from Lee Valley, but I wasn’t a huge fan, still felt like Home Depot just under another name.

So what’s your guys favorite website or place to get seeds. And when do you find the best time to order.

Never winded up topping or super cropping, just kept tucking. I will be initiating flower on Saturday morning, than the 3 week stretch to handle.

Keep it real growmies.

Still another week of veg feeding to go, she’s gonna fill the tent out nicely I think.
