Amazing to hear Freddie discuss the Invincibles during MNF. Must be really special to be part of a team that people praise nearly 20 years later. Hope our boys can produce some magic over the next couple years, so I can remember this team the same way when I’m older
The Arsenal
Has anyone else had trouble with Arsenal Direct? I ordered a few shirts and never got a confirmation email, and my order status immediately said “completed”. I wrote in to ask about it and just got a single screenshot of my order invoice in response, without any confirmation of whether my order had been sent or why it said complete. The phone number redirects me to email. I’m like… so is my order actually going to be sent to me?
Has anyone else had this happen (and what does order status completed mean since customer service ignored my question lol)? Feeling kinda frustrated.
Sweet, sweet Champions League, once more you will give us high lines and fluid football... Praise thee!
United fans Mainoo hype is killing me. They're saying they cant remember the last time they had a Midfielder that can turn on the ball and has spatial awareness 😂😂😂
Reminds me of us pre Partey
They were doing the same for Dan James, Elanga, Garnacho. Basically every time one of their players has a good game. They are hanging on straws.
We've got a world class manager who proved alot of us (myself included) wrong and turned the ship from the darkest days of Arsenal in a long time to now some of the most promising times.
We are 1 win away from being top of our group in the UCL.
We've got Declan Rice.
I remember watching Arsenal from like 2016 onwards was just a like watching a car crash in semi slow motion. Man sometimes I just cant help but grin from ear to ear about the current state of THE Arsenal. Bless up
Mike Maignan, Barella and Osihmen join recent UCL and EPL winners Arsenal in a 350 mill summer spending spree! summer 24, ill be there.
I wonder how much the refs age plays in to their hatred of Arsenal, for the most part they're from Mancland, of the age where City were nothing so its fair to say they'd have supported United in their teens at a time where we were their biggest, alot of the time better rivals..I know those times made me have a strong dislike of anything united so I'd imagine it's the same for them towards us
Why are there so many Newcastle apologists on R/soccer?
Dumb people picking newcastle as the lesser of two evils between them and psg just because they're newer to sports washing than psg.
How we feeling about Gala vs Manc Red lads, worth a watch to kill time before your match?
It's a shame we can't financially afford mbappe, sporting wise it makes sense...
However it's done today, win or draw, securing first in the group will be CRITICAL in order to give rest to players for that sixth game. I think this match is very important.
How I could see the "Sin Bin" idea working out with current reffing.
You're playing a team, let's call them Oldfortress, they commit multiple tactical fouls and get away with it, your team commits one and a player gets sin-binned, Oldfortress go and score while you are a man down, fans are angry.
Refereeing will always be inconsistent but adding harsher punishments to certain things will exacerbate those inconsistencies.
Spurs went from dreaming about the league to Matty Cash revenge fantasies.
Mate
trossard is like our bernardo silva with a bit more danger in attack. put him anywhere he's effective
Honestly wish Newcastle won last night. Would rather we potentially face them than PSG down the line.
Guys, I've run out of buckets for all these NUFC fan tears. I need more buckets!
