What would be some fact that, while true, could be told in a context or way that is misinfomating or make the other person draw incorrect conclusions?

Those who took the covid vaccine have a mortality death rate of 9.172/1000 in the USA.

2023 USA death rate is 9.172/1000 so I guess that lines up.
