People who call that without intent to troll belong on a cross.
The cross is outdated. We have drills and chainsaws now.
We look at old and existing authoritarian and fascist governments and ask; How did people get so brainwashed that they turn in their friends, and family. Well this is how it starts.

Evil idea: spread a fake phone number as the ICE tip hotline, then publicly post the numbers of everyone who calls to report someone.
Wouldn't you catch a lot of troll calls (like the ones this thread is about) with that?
