I'm not particularly surprised.

I've had a hp laptop provided by work before. There were DVI ports on the laptop and fucking station. I'm Windows, the ports on the laptop were disabled when plugged into the docking station. I presumed they were hard wired over to the dock

On Linux, all the ports worked just fine and I could hook up every port on the laptop and dock just fine

Diablo 4 tried to repackage Diablo 2's grind for the modern era, but series overseer Rod Fergusson says the "consumptive nature of a live service" made it unfeasible by withabeard in c/games

Na... Honestly

Baldurs gate and bgII had an open world where you could go anywhere. Go to certain places early game, you'd get hard fucked up. Go there later, you could make progress.

I loved the feeling of getting more powerful and that was what unlocked more of the game.

Going public would mean gaben has sold out. Which would make sense for him at some point. If he's still working there he'll be stuck with the worst of both worlds.

Whoever comes in under him will want to make their pie and ready it too.

Ironically I work in Linux and use Windows and the os to do it. I deploy lots of container Linux from a work provided windows laptop.

And I use Linux at home playing windows games through wine/proton.

Treasure hunt. One night they are all in the attic and stumbles across an old map. They set off and later realize that they have to go through a creepy building to get to a secret passage to the caves. As they try to get into the caves one of them gets lost and he is left behind. He then meets another boy with a messed up face. He befriends the boy. Will the kids ever find the treasure? Will they ever meet the pirate one eye Willy. Will Chuck ever meet up with them again? Will they all accept Sloth for his needed up face?

Yeah, I'll go with name people here and say such with Windows.

If work provide you a machine, then use separate machines for work and home needs. If you're freelance, when you need to upgrade, plan it well and buy a second machine that is better for gaming/productivity. Now you have two machines and can separate your life.
