That’s what the majority voted for.

My local grocery store had ground beef at 2.50 a pound. I priced it out per burger, with the fixings it costs under $3 for two 1/3 pound burgers. The other week we did steaks (top sirloin $10/pound) and potatoes which were still cheaper than a combo. I haven’t been to McD’s in years. I guess I’m too cheap.

Peter Gibbons: I would relax... I would sit on my ass all day... I would do nothing.

Lawrence: Well, you don't need a million dollars to do nothing, man.

Based on “northerner” I’m assuming this is England, and to the English there is only one type of tea – Black. All others are heresy.

I had to pay $400 in excess of what’s already taken out of my checks – my other half, $700. What are we getting? The shaft.

Quite a few of us sort by “New Comments”. Posting to an old thread can help breathe new life into it, especially if you have something new to add to the conversation.

No. I already own more games than I’ll ever play. Any new acquisitions are indie or on deep discount, preferably both.

Had. My grandfather dug it himself. My dad and uncle sold the farm immediately after inheriting it and spent the money on a motorcycle and boat. Uncle wrecked the bike, nearly taking his life. The boat has never been in the water and is now home to a bee’s nest.

I’ll likely never own property of my own. Yeah, my family invests.
