The book 'Picking Cotton' is a hard read, but its nonfiction about a woman realizing she identified the wrong man for SA. Its excellent.

Yeah i had that realization when i lost my job and actually caught up on sleep- if i get at least nine hours of good sleep a night, all the time, and don't live in constant burnout, i have almost no symptoms.

I used to do IT for 'digital advertising in healthcare'. I helped fix those accursed screens that sell you shit while you wait at the doctor or hospital.
When I did my job well, it made the world worse.
