That's such a low bar for "rich". The difference between a millionaire and a billionaire is about a billion dollars.
It is pretty awesome. They have a discount and accept Lightning, both of which should be common but aren't. But again that's super anecdotal evidence because I live in a major city and looked for them.
Crypto in Russia kinda is still an option, they're #7 globally. But I apologize for my tone, it's easy to say which choice was better in hindsight.
But it has led to Republican voters getting what they wanted. Roe v Wade is no more. We're getting tariffs that career politicians know are harmful.
So a leftist equivalent would support Medicare For All, which is very popular with the public but unpopular with career politicians.

Since you're not offering an alternative yourself, it sounds like you're suggesting they stay on the Ruble. Which hurts the environment even more (encourages consumption) and worsens inequality even more (Cantillon effect).

My kids are loud too. What keeps them from talking loudly and running around in a restaurant is me. (Why no fidgeting?) If you've got restaurant money but no more sanity or time, then bring them to fast food, not a nice place with social norms.
