Yes, you want to push your mass as horizontally as possible, which will be limited by the grip under your feet. Vertical motion is wasted energy, but if you're full horizontal you'll just slip.

This style of RTS appeals much more to me in recent years. Feels less like you need to perform like a speedrunner.
So much QOL compared to the APM spamfests other RTS can become.

Survival dance sounds interesting ;) But yes, humans are herd animals really. We figured out we're stronger together and set some common rules, and we don't want to be left outside so we conform.

Irony is, we're also predators - and crucially our own is not excluded from predation. (in the nature sense not the sex offender sense)
