I guess if you're standing on the deck of a naval vessel, it doesn't matter much what you're wearing

So then you agree I should freely be able to buy, own, and sell whatever guns I please since it in no way impacts you?

the “right” of other people to collectively determine that firearms are too superfluous and dangerous in our country to remain as accessible as they currently are?

Because you have no right to take away the rights of others.

But the argument to get rid of them is there, because they are terrible for home air quality. My girlfriend has asthma and it is such a fucking life saver to be able to use an electric one without killing her

And that was already an option. Nobody was saying that electric stoves were banned. Let people make their own decisions about their own homes

I have to wonder, what even prompts such low effort trolling? Like, what gets someone to the point he just spams "breaks rule 1" on everything?

You're never going to end failures 100%. But if you make them such that failures are of minimal actual damage, that's plenty good. Not to mention that the failure rate is already incredibly low

In a completely unsurprising turn of events, the atf decides to fuck over law abiding citizens by arbitrarily changing how they interpret rules in order to make people into criminals

Because everywhere I look, it's just the same insane lies and mental gymnastics regurgitated straight from r/politics, with all the same refusal to even acknowledge the slightest of errors in anything they believe

I don't have any experience with the lemmy api so if this isn't possible just ignore me, but could we get a way to view the modlog in app? Because of the way lemmy handles moderation, with no mod mail and no an messages, viewing the modlog can be pretty useful to see if another instance has you banned and you're just leaving comments in the void.
