Funny enough I have a pair of shokz. I like them in general, but they don't help me when the symptoms kick in. I can actually use them tell when my ear is plugged up due to the condition, or due to a cold or whatever lol

I have a last-gen Clara HD. Love it. I copied the internal SD to 32gb, so instantly expanded storage.
Calibre web on desktop, use the built-in browser to pull my books. All good.
If you like to tinker, there's KOReader and such too.
