Make it open source and searchable, and they could fuck up society.

Do it yourself then

I have good (I hope) UI skills, as in, I am good at designing good looking frontends. How do I apply to design the join.lemmy page?

Maybe it was a blurry video of someone (gasp) tearing fabric.

You shouldn't have to pay for something which there is no scarcity of. A haircut takes time and effort, so you should pay for it. Food is not unlimited, so you should pay for it. Software can be duplicated an unlimited number of times, so you should not have to pay for it. That's just giving people passive income.

Än immigrant who is an American citizen but wasn't born in America can't be president. That is the discrimination I'm talking about.

It's weird that America still discriminates against its citizens based on the country of their birth, something they can't control.

No, they can't. The fediverse doesn't work like that, it isn't controlled by one entity, the most individual instances could do is defederate from Reddit.

Way better for privacy than Bing, too

I'm currently using wefwef to reply to you, I use them both interchangeably, but Connect has more formatting options in the markdown editor, whereas Wefwef expects you to just remember how to format anything in markdown. Both experience errors constantly.

I can reply to a post, and upvote or downvote a comment, but I don't see a button or gesture to reply to a comment?
