If youre asking reddit.... you need a 14900k, rtx 4090, and 128gb of whatever ddr5 is fastest atm. If you dont, solitare wont run at 11467 fps, and only hit a meagre 10768fps. Dont be a peasant. Solitare demands 16k
Looks good. Only thing id change is the cooler. A decent air cooler can be had for a fraction of that and you could use that money to upgrade to 4080 maybe?
If you have a z board and decent cooler cheap option would be to grab a 8600k and overclock it to 5ghz, plus you can coin a bit back by selling the 8400. If you dont have a z board try and find a cheap 9700 for the extra cores
Any F model intel cpu doesnt have an onboard gpu, so if you plug your monitor hdmi or dp directly into the motherboard you wont get a picture. Based on this the f models were supposed to be cheaper, but because of the "lack of igpu = lower temps and better core clocks because of lower temps" myth they are literally the same price if not more expensive. Whatever idea intel had about them being cheaper didnt work
Make sure your os is on ssd and reinstall clean windows. 99% fix
You will always have cpu bottleneck even with 14900k. No cpu available can supply enough instruction to a 4090 to max it out. If i were you, id turn of your monitor program and enjoy the game. Youre chasing yt figures that arent relevant
