Smash burgers are my favorite. Can eat them every day.
Yeah, I wish I had more luck with making them; mine always end up being a bit too thick and not properly crispy :(
What I learned from someone on YouTube . Can't remember who but I put the beef between 2 pieces of parchment paper a smash it before putting it on the pan . Then I put it on a dry pan that is heated to about 7 or 8 on my electric burner . And always top with salt and a bunch of onions . Flip it after a minute or 2 and top with cheese . Onions get cooked perfect and good melted cheese
I thought smash burgers were more flat than this.
What's the difference between a smash burger and a regular burger?
Smash Burgers is basically when you take a ball of ground beef and smash it as thin as you can . It cooks very fast and is very tasty way to make a burger .
