I'm not familiar with 4chan or whatever website that is, but if anonymous there means what I think it means, that flag is probably IP based which would make sense on a VPN.
The flag is completely up to you. You can choose whatever flag you want.

Me too! I guess it's meant for a younger audience but I still liked it.
This is surprisingly close to how my Great-Grandfather avoided getting drafted into the first World War. He stayed home for a week and only drank alcohol and smoked cigarettes non-stop. When he showed up to the draft office looking like a zombie they turned him away pretty much instantly. He was a pretty healthy dude aside from that.
