Jerboa, until Sync is ready. Been using it 11+ years on reddit, if I can get the same UI here, I won't even know I'm on Lemmy.

Where can I follow the development of Sync for Lemmy? I loved Sync for Reddit
From what I understand your best bet is following the Lemmy community, his discord is private for testers and Patreon members
The discord is public. There is only one patreon-only channel (which is fairly inactive to begin with). They share a weekly renewed invite code: https://discord.gg/qYWxqva
But in order to keep discussions for lemmy on lemmy, https://lemmy.world/c/syncforlemmy would probably be the better alternative anyway @[email protected]
Oh shit thank you! I'd looked around and couldn't find a discord link anywhere so I'd just assumed it was private cause I saw that Patreon bit
Same!
Jerboa
Memmy on iOS is very much like Apollo. A bit buggy but a great start.
Mlem really didnโt satisfy me.
Yeah Memmy is in a very impressive state for a beta. Still some issues and things to iron out, but very promising.
Mlem has been super buggy for me. As in Iโll see the same 5 posts repeated over and over. Honestly, the best part about Mlem is that it makes me use my phone less and less
Memmy is getting there tho. Memmy feels close to Apollo. I hope it grows beyond a 1:1 clone of Apollo and tries to get the finishing touches for Lemmy that wouldnโt be seen on Reddit
Jerboa. Thunder looks awesome but still has a few bugs, would switch to it once it matures some more.
Anxiously waiting for Sync for Lemmy ๐
I'm really enjoying Liftoff, it seems the most complete to me. I like jeroba but the laggy/choppy scrolling drives me crazy.
The latest update appears to have improved that a lot
Connect for Lemmy. Was using Jerboa until the update made it a bit unstable with lemmy.world (until they update their end, hopefully soon).
Both pretty decent, but as a SyncForReddit refugee, I'm eagerly waiting for SyncForLemmy :)
Another Connect for Lemmy use here. Apart from Jerboa, I feel Conner and Thunder have the most polished UI so far. The Connect Dev also seems to be super proactive and keeps rolling out multiple updates in a day with core features. It's even more impressive when you consider that this is just a solo dev. Also waiting to see how Sync for Lemmy turns out!
I'm using the mobile site "installed" to my home screen.
Add another vote for Memmy!
Jerboa mostly, and Thunder and WefWef on the side. Ive been switching it up a lot because I enjoy watching all the progress.
Wefwef is new to me. It's a web app... Interesting.
Memmy
Mlem at the moment but one apps start releasing on the App Store Iโll try different ones to see which fits my tastes.
All of them honestly, but I still feel Jerboa is the most polished one of the club.
Thunder imo has the best UX out of any of the apps I've tried so far. Still missing quite a few features, though.
Yeah. Best UX so far, but darn, not being able to edit yet has been tricky.
Yeah, I have Jerboa installed as well, for the few times I need something Thunder doesn't have. Though it's very exciting to see all the apps develop at very fast speeds.
I was using Jerboa until I got booted due to the server upgrade, and now I can't log back in. A couple folks here have offered steps to help get back on it but it doesn't seem to be working for me.
I hear good things about Liftoff tho
I had the problem with jerboa also but noticed that it's started working again with out having required an update on my end so maybe just try it again.
Still doesn't work for me, just tried again a couple minutes ago
Right now, Mlem seems to be the only that lets me interact quickly with up and down votes. All the others seem to open the post or the comment.
I mostly use the mobile web version. I tried Mlem but it was really buggy and I just flat-out didn't like it. I use Memmy off and on. When I feel like it's ready I'll probably use that as daily-Lemmy-driver.
I've really liked Liftoff
I keep bouncing between several, right now, thunder and connect are the top,but it changes litterally daily. If you are only going to use one,I would say stick with Jerboa until things stabalize in a month or so.
I am really looking forward to sync, as that was my default for reddit, but it isnt like ljdawson is the only person capable of making a good app,so Iam anxiosly keeping my eyes open.
I see a lot of people are on Jerboa but I don't think that one is available for iOS.
I think its Mlem for iOS
Oh, didnโt realize they were the same thing!
Liftoff, until Slide is ready and better than Liftoff
I'm the dev of Summit so I've been using Summit for Lemmy :D
I've just downloaded it, after seeing your comment. It's nice and is working great so far, thank you!
I've just downloaded it too et I like it
Any client on Android that can show post content and images on the main page instead of clicking on the post link to see the content?
All of them. All the apps have room for improvement because they're mostly on early development stages, but it's nice to see each one's strengths.
Posted using liftoff
I am one of those who was using JoeyForReddit, and I am hoping to find something similar for Lemmy too.
Mozilla Firefox.
Firefox.
Currently alternating between LiftOff and Mlem. Both have things I like about them
I'm using the web app, it works well enough
