"Up to one" has been a thing since about ORI because it simplifies the UI for the digital games. "May" still appears sometimes.
Ah, I see. Haven't played in a long time (around 8th to 10th edition) but still like looking at the cards once in a while.
Notably that common frog for G that etb's to give a +1/+1 counter a some life combos very well with this.
And I'm sure there are going to be some even better choices, too.
