The past couple of days, I've been getting some cryptic errors when trying to upload images. Anyone else encounter this problem?

Tried to upload a jpeg:

{"data":{"msg":"Failed with status exit status: 1","files":null},"state":"success"}

Tried to upload a jpg or a png:

{"data":{"msg":"Invalid status: 503 Service Unavailable\n\n
Service Unavailable
\nServer down for maintenance\n\n","files":null},"state":"success"}

Is this planned maintenance, or a different problem?

If it happened somewhere between 23:45 and 00:15 (EST), I was purging a bunch of old communities from blocked instances that contained CSAM and whatnot.
It's not impossible that the storage might have timed out during that time.

Testing image upload right now...

Seems to work

EST or UTC? If it is EST, I think that roughly lines up with when I encountered the issue.

Thank you for your service. Your efforts have gone largely unnoticed, which means you are doing a good job.

EST, meant to add both timestamps but forgot

I mentioned your issue in the admin group chat in case @[email protected] sees anything wrong with the server.

FWIW, I cannot replicate your issue. I just made a post here to test it out, and had no problem: https://sh.itjust.works/post/10437657

@[email protected] was doing some housekeeping on the server a little while ago. Maybe that is what caused the issue? Let us know if this continues happening to you.

It's happening to me right now too, but I can't see the error message because I'm using an app. It just fails and fails.

See my other comment.
If you could confirm if that works for you now,

Thanks,

Confirmed working for me! Ty
