As you can see from the shelf below, this is from OmegaMart a Las Vegas art installation cum theme park attraction. There's some pretty great ads for it on YouTube.

I'm guessing they wanted to throw a little flair in their comment and used the latin form, which I think means "with", think cum laude meaning "with praise".

They removed all the pulp. It's a joke replacing "blood" with "pulp".

It also says the oranges were "aggressively squeezed in self defense".
