If you count Gohan, Trunks, 17, 18, and Tien as humans, which they all are to some degree, he's def not the strongest of his species. He is way up there though, and 7th place isn't even close, but special K is for sure not the strongest.

Can we all just agree that Abridged is the best way to rewatch the show? Abridged Vegeta is my spirit animal.
It's a masterpiece of fan art. It's the best way to watch that story, period.

It started out as a parody and then just turned into one of the better dubs of the show.
The beginning is rough but it comes into its own quickly.
