How much does it weigh? I don't want to almost double the weight of my phone when I can fast charge in 15 minutes and I rarely ever need to do that.
S24U user.
I want to kill people with my phone. Make it 4 times heavier, and give it a hickory handle.
As someone who until recently had a Ulefone 27T pro with a 10600 mAh battery (that's not a typo) the weight gets real boring real fast. Mine weighed over half a kilo.
I still have it and I'll use it for camping and travel because it will go 5 days on idle without a charge but I bought a different phone for EDC
i have a phone with 21000 mAh, weighs half a kilo but o absolutely love it as i am bad at remembering to charge my phone at home/taking a charger/power bank with me
Since you're an existing Samsung user who is concerned about weight, what do you think about the new S25 Edge? Is a substantially thinner phone something that interests you?
Ehhh, it has less features than my current phone. I love my current phone and I'm not looking to change for awhile probably.
Seriously, I don’t find that upgrades to battery life are a net upgrade to usability if the size and weight of the phone becomes too large
I agree, but at least OnePlus does have proper fast charging and not the slow stuff that Samsung has, my S21 barely does 18W. It looks like the S24U is up to 45W, but it would be nice to see 100W charge rate in more phones.
