I don't know how, but I've gotten a proper 8 hours of sleep each night this week, I'm not used to existing with a proper sleep cycle. I've woken up before my alarm every morning, I hate it.
I envy you...
Don't, it sucks.
Yeah you're fully rested, you feel full of energy and that angry voice screaming at you is gone, but you lose those superpowers you gain from getting barely any sleep, I was lazier today at work than I've been in a long time, I'm usually a psychopath roaming around angrily getting everything done, I spent half my day finding people to talk to.
I thought people always wake up before their alarm, if it's a regular alarm at the same time. Your brain just knows and does all the needful for you. I don't think I've been woken by my alarm more than a handful of times in 25 years working.
Nah, most of us get jolted awake by our alarms.
Then stare at our alarms like the limmy meme.
