So why don't you try to put pressure on Dems so they represent you better?

Because by the time they get the memo they'll be in jail cells awaiting trial for insulting god-king Trump and his favorite jester Elon (or vice versa).

To add on to your point: if they don't know how to reach the audience literally begging them to do the right thing (unsubtle nod to the spike Lee film), the game is already lost.
