Rule 5: Keep it civil. It's OK to say the subject of an article is behaving like a (pejorative, pejorative). It's NOT OK to say another USER is (pejorative). Strong language is fine, just not directed at other members. Engage in good-faith and with respect! This includes accusing another user of being a bot or paid actor. Trolling is uncivil and is grounds for removal and/or a community ban.
Similarly, if you see posts along these lines, do not engage. Report them, block them, and live a happier life than they do. We see too many slapfights that boil down to "Mom! He's bugging me!" and "I'm not touching you!" Going forward, slapfights will result in removed comments and temp bans to cool off.

You don't get to claim you're protecting women with transphobic laws when you're actively inviting sex traffickers like the Tate Brothers to Florida.... the whole anti trans women in sports is just misogyny.

When I call Trump and Musk Nazis, I'm not talking about concentration camps or genocide as with 1940 Nazis either. I'm referring to 1933 Nazis which were using demonization of others, attacking independent media, and The Big Lie to consolidate power. These are what made the Holocaust possible.

What is bad about less corruption, more freedom of speech, less waste of taxpayer dollars, less wars, fair sports, less catering to the mentally ill, instead of yes manning them, actually offering them therapy, less racism, sexism etc, less dei. More catering to the 99.999% of the population.
Nothing is bad about that, IF that was what was actually happening. Unfortunately, it very much is not.
I don't have the time to go on explaining why upping taxes for everyone making under $500k isn't catering to 99.999% of the population. Or how blowing up USAID and surprise Pikachu facing when farmers can't sell their crops since they sold a lot to USAID (not to mention all the soft power USAID gets us and how useful it is to so many people here and abroad). Restricting access to news agencies is not "more freedom of speech" but rather suppression of it.

Recently a bunch of businesses cut their DEI policies for trump and government offices were ordered to kill anything DEI related.
Diversity, equity, and inclusion. The MAGAs have been spoonfed bs that caring for minorities and disabled is stealing their jobs and money.
