He was also merely acting as an agent for her estate, not suing them personally, and she hadn't agreed to any arbitration

If you don't get that I'm mocking those mocking that women can in fact use the Internet or this website you did not understand the intention.

Seems like you didn't read my comment

Yes, I'm saying

  1. it didn't go over anyone's head

  2. it's sexist

You responded to a comment with content that implied the commenter is likely a woman by making a joke centering that fact and othering them for it. It wasn't relevant to the comment thread and was made simply because of the text of the comment breaking from your own expectation of commenters being men by default, having the same effect as the types of jokes it was satirizing.

Edit: If you give a toad a warm water bath, you really need to make sure the water is safe. I had evian bottles for my pet toad, which I came to after testing many water sources for the right hardness, pH, etc. Tapwater often contains chlorine which can be harmful to amphibians and many brands of bottled water are too soft which can cause too much water to osmote into the amphibian's cells. You should also try to avoid touching a toad as your skin oils and any soap residue can be harmful (in this case I thoroughly washed and rinsed my hands before minimally handling the toad). If you find a trapped and dehydrated toad but don't have the right materials to help it out, try bringing it to a nearby damp and shady spot that it is likely already familiar with.
