Well so far I've gotten none removed, but someone did threaten me privately that they notified the FBI about a post, I have no idea what. Cool.

In another thread someone said the fbi could seize their hardware as part of an investigation as it would contain evidence. Here’s what I’m wondering though, why wouldn’t the fbi just set up their own Lemmy instance. They’ll have access to all the same info. Except for PMs I suppose.

It doesn't need to be a big instance. It just needs to link with them. In fact it's better if it never shows up in posts or comments at all. Just send those tendrils out to every instance they know of and let their data tools filter through it all.
