Anyone who said, "You know, Donald. Maybe a thumbs up really isn't appropriate for this time and place" would get fired immediately. Trump doesn't care about anything except Trump. The picture is clearly about HIM! Not where he is or what he's doing.

There are probably very few people left to tell Donald how to act like a normal human being and most of them don't bother out of fear of getting fired.
