Hi everyone. I was scammed by filmora and i bought the lifetime plan. It is practically a paid free plan. You can do nothing. Update? Pay. Filters? Pay every month. AI? Pay per use. I'm sick of this thievery. My gf does video for fun on YouTube (no monetisation) and she would like to use some filters but she should pay every month for all the good filters. Is there any way to get this filters for free? Or there is a safe website to download some good filters? Already looked on the megathread and used the Search function but found nothing. Thanks to anyone who can help. If it is possible no switch to cracked premiere. She kinda mastered filmora and would prefer not to switch.

• nobody seeds
• everyone leeches
• lots of storage space is nice

-u need a paid vpn or real debrid

• lots of older movies have no seeds
• media library scans take a long time. (i deleted all of my tv shows twice)

I’m a tad bit confused regarding VPNs, I wanted to purchase one and then got scolded because it does not have port forwarding. VPNs and torrenting is entirely new for me (mainly used DDLs).

So trying to get a grasp on everything related to torrenting before getting one.

Which VPN do the majority here recommend (and why), I’m currently looking on Proton/ AirVPN. Why’s port forwarding so important that someone freaks out about it towards me.

Hello all, this is a quick question regarding DNS and security. I use cloudflare's DNS server (1.1.1.1) to resolved my DNS.

For the last few days, in my Prowlarr config, the know as $(1340 - 3)x dot to wasn't working. I tried opening it directly, and that didn't work either, I was getting a Cloudflare TLS verification failed error. It said that the website had to fix their SSL ceritificate. It was working fine in my phone, that uses another DNS provider.

So I changed my DNS provider to google (8.8.8.8), and that resvoled the issue. So it seems that cloudflare was blocking me from accessing it. But I have also used cloudflare extensively before, and I kind of trust it to not do such stuff. I also know google's DNS must be using a similar level of security. So does anyone know why the aforementioned site does not work with Cloudflare's DNS?

Do you all feel that you are lacking attachment to stuff that you pirated because you didn't actually spend any of your money on the product/service?

For example, I've found that I'm quicker to quit playing games that I've pirated vs the ones I've bought. Same things for other media such as books or movies.

Does purchasing these things make you feel more inclined to finish it or give it a better chance or am I just weird ha.

I’ve been trying to stream movies to my Apple TV, but both Infuse and VLC aren’t working for me. I’ve tried MP4 files, but I either get only audio, constant buffering, or no playback at all.

I’m using AirPlay from my Mac, and my sound is coming from two HomePods (stereo pair). The only way I can watch movies is by sending them to my iPhone’s Files app and mirroring from there or adding them to my Mac’s Apple TV app and playing through the “Computers” section on Apple TV.

Why isn’t direct streaming working? Is it an AirPlay limitation or a network problem?

I’m considering buying a Chromecast because I’m getting fed up that I can’t really stream from VLC, as that would be my main focus since it works better with Stremio. Annoyinggg

I work in tech repair and a returning customer gave me his old Glaxay Tab E (I briefly mentioned looking for a cheap tablet) I didn't question it I was just grateful.

I run a plex plus some other monitoring tools and enjoy my retro games. what should I do with this old tablet to make it the best game/show watching device I can? It's old yes but for some basic/retro games and watching a show in 720p it's more then alright. Should I install a new OS or what, I've never messed with mobile OSes before.

I want to settup a syncthing so transcodes from my pc can be auto-sent to the device for offline use and I want to be able to play my ROMs and some older games (like the angry birds' bad piggies). Is there any softwares for android I should checkout with this device too (despite it's age?)

Manga has also been a big idea but there's the Megathread for that ig, open to suggestions though as I'm mainly linux/apple user. This is my first android device I get to tinker with.

TL;DR: What fun can I have with an old samsung tablet and what are some fun apps/projects to install on it?

So I'm trying to record a stream with OBS that is happening soon. This site has recently changed their security by requiring Windows Edge and being able to detect if Hardware acceleration is on. I even tried going into Flags and turning it to "OpenGL" which worked originally but now it gives me the "enable hardware acceleration' error again. I've tired turning it off on OBS and Windows but neither works. I record these for personal copies since my memory isnt too great. Anyone know a work around for this?

Hey. First time poster, long time lurker. I used to have this program installed to optimize my laptop until I couldn't find any reliable sources or serial number that worked anymore, and now my laptop is too damn slow again. I'm no tech savvy, and it's the last resort I have without having to change disks or ram. Does anyone know where I can get a working serial number for this program or know about a better one to optimize Windows? Maybe something to delete or disable all the crap windows installed with every upgrade? Thanks in advance.
