The best cpu for everything on desktop considering performance and price is the 14700kf. Stop

270 watt at 1.3v are about 200 A. I don’t know how much it lasts

I could, so i want to know: if the tj max is 100, what is the life of the cpu at 100 constantly?

So, 250/300 w during full load. 100 degrees is reached in some seconds, idle temp is 25.

Cpu pushes to the tj max and downlock to reach 98 degrees. Then pushes again towards 100 degrees.

It’s the spec. But i want to know: if i launch a rendering 24 hours a day for weeks, can it sustain this load at 100 degrees without any damage?

Thanks

Good idea. Less money to spend but ddr4. So half bandwidth

14700k has 8 core + 8ht + 12 e corr. It’s a beast. And for 400 euro vat included. Performance is 5% less of an amd 7950x ornin par. And you can oc it. Take a good z690mb with 2 ddr5 6000mhz and you are ready also to upgrade in the future to the 14900 even if the difference will be minimal. Bye

How? On desktop intel is again king, on laptop intel is becoming leader again. What remains now to amd is server with epic and threadripper with hpc desktop users. On gpu side nvidia dominates.
