It isn’t fake. Maybe the words are pasted on or something but the warping and everything makes sense.
The “gibberish” you’re seeing above is just leftover bits because these poles have years of poster bits left all over them.

Always irked me, the term “trickle down”. It implies the masses are only deserving of whatever slips through from the ceiling above…

It’s bad journalistic practice to alter photos, period. Flipping horizontally is not allowed. Cropping, maybe. Complete flip? Negative.
This is all a red herring. Our SUV’s, stupid as they may be, are statistically barely relevant compared to effects of corporate greed and pollution on the rest of us. Point the blame where it belongs: at the ruling class for having the knowledge and means to have avoided all of this, but chose not to.
