You make it sound like that's supposed to be a bad thing?

[–] ogmios 3 points 1 week ago

Anyone who wants to really. The networks we've built have so many vulnerable points, in order to simply function at the scale it does, that it's absurd.

Because the artists know they aren't actually making reality.

Though I've never used it myself, my understanding is that a subscription is actually less expensive than paying the shipping directly for lots of things.

It's pretty wild how deeply some people integrate products into their lives.

Why do we need a movie when Archer and Lana make such good short form comedy?

its sad that these humans who feel they are accomplishing something dont see the truth; theyre just tools that can be discarded.

They are accomplishing something. It's just not recognized by the greedy fuckwits exploiting their achievements for profit, other than for it's ability to convince people to endure their bullshit in exchange for the chance to watch them.

Should pay them with the advertising revenue they make possible.

Are you literally going out of your way to deliberately remove any positive connotation from a word in order to try and artificially manufacture a slur?

Pretty weird.

Literally wasn't talking about anyone specific. Are you suggesting that you have identified a group which you believe it is acceptable to hate?

Literally just a blank place holder my dude. Posting to highlight how hatred is very much acceptable, and people just delude themselves into believing they don't hate because their targets are socially acceptable. Real change would require actual introspection rather than agreeing with whatever your echo chamber says today.
