I tried arguing with an anti COVID vaxer recently and pointed out that in my country there were 14 deaths linked to the vaccine, but over 65M doses administered, which means that you're significantly more likely to die in the car on the way to get vaccinated than from the vaccine itself - but apparently I'm the fool for trusting government collected figures. I don't understand how they think the government is hiding all these supposed deaths.
The sad part is that I bet he couldn't point to most of those countries on a map
We spent all our public health goodwill on COVID. A sizable portion of the population will never accept any further restrictions for public health reasons. A smaller but still concerningly large portion will not get any new vaccines because of this.
Just as long as "serve" doesn't mean "pay" because then it's first come never serve.
They work in tech, promotions are achieved by moving employers. Internal mobility is always terrible in tech companies.
Imagine if they had instead hired 500,000 people on $100,000 each. They could have bought the entire city of Detroit and had it making Teslas, instead they've got one coked up narcissist.

How fucking patronizing.
As a citizen of a country with ranked choice voting the hardest thing is choosing which of the loonies you want to put last!
My wife used to like Motley Crue so when I found cheap tickets to their farewell tour about 8 years ago we went along. What a clusterfuck it was. A bunch of fat old men trying to relive their glory years from 30 years earlier. Vince could barely catch a breath while he walked around the stage.
The truly funny bit was that the support act was Alice Cooper and his show was amazing as always.
Recently some colleagues mentioned wanting to see Motley Crue when they tour soon and I told them not to.
I'd be tempted to do it just for the chaos factor.
