Hoopla- music, ebooks, audiobooks, and TV

High rise pantyhose tend to be very comfortable as long as it isn’t too hot. They’re nice because they don’t slide down. Most have some extra elastic that helps keep your belly looking smoother and flatter, as well as keeping the lines from showing.

My issue with low rise is that if it’s not up to your waist there’s a higher risk of them sliding down. It’s super uncomfortable when you’re walking and the crotch of your pantyhose is now halfway down your thigh. There’s no good way to fix it either without going to the bathroom to adjust. Slipping does depend quite a bit on your build, the pantyhose size and type, and the brand, so trial and error will find you the best ones.

I try to pick a small activity that I cannot do in bed and needs to be done regularly. For me, that’s practicing my instrument. Doesn’t need to be an intense practice, just picking it up and doing some scales and warm ups tends to kick me into a different mode. Also, being part of an orchestra provides the external pressure which means I have to do it.

I really liked Iron Widow. The female lead is one tough woman fighting in a super unjust world. It’s a sci-fi with mechs and the world building is interesting. The sequel just came out and I am really enjoying how the series is unfolding.

Piggy backing off of this comment. Most libraries offer more than just books. CDs and digital music aside, they also check out things. My library has a telescope that can be checked out for free as well as state parks and aquarium passes. Another one has a 3d printer available that lets you print at 10cents per minute. Libraries are incredible.
