Doesn't plex have an UI for all of them? I use plex to watch my media and I saw an option to add your streaming services.

Do you know that if you go into court against your employer and you win, you will just get few hundred euros? It won't ever cover for lawyer expenses. That's because a law was to max the amount you can and it is very low.
