Assigned Female at Birth. It's an umbrella term that includes cisgender* women, transgender men, and non-binary people who were born with the anatomy typically associated with women.
*Cisgender means someone who's gender identity matches the sex they were assigned at birth.
He's admitting to brutally oppressing people. Unfortunately, there are enough hateful/stupid people in the (heavily gerrymandered) key voting districts, it doesn't matter.

I mean, I didn't have a partner till I was 20, and didn't have any friends (aside from partners) till I was almost 25.
It is super discouraging, after a lot of effort and crying, I finally have a pretty satisfying social life. It's not impossible.
Honestly I don't remember. I was taking it every morning, and I never had my dosage increased, so probably what ever the typical starter dose is. Maybe I just needed a higher dose? I'll have to talk to my doctor about it next chance I get.
Honestly, not a bad recommendation.

Definitely get the dizziness when I stand up, and I definitely have a tendency for cold hands and feet. They always get my blood pressure checked when I go to the doctor tho, and they've never said anything.
