In my room, my desktop PC has a 1000w power supply. Granted it rarely, if ever, uses 100% of that, but lets say 500w to be safe. Most space heaters run 800-1500w. So My PC is like a small space heater thats always on. Add two large monitors, lamps, an air filter, etc, and I end up leaving my window open in the winter to compsensate. Best roguelike ever, in my oppinion, is ADOM. Especially using the original ASCII graphics. It has more depth and content than any other game Ive encountered. And the original version is still completely free (paid version adds pixel graphics and some advanced options)
