Big contributor sometimes, but often I think its just my own body heat. But I also keep getting rooms with south-facing windows...

I got a dryer vent and attached it to the exhaust of my PC so I can vent the air outside. It works wonders

I've finally decided to sleep my PC when I'm not using it, and it seems to be helping slightly...

In my room, my desktop PC has a 1000w power supply. Granted it rarely, if ever, uses 100% of that, but lets say 500w to be safe. Most space heaters run 800-1500w. So My PC is like a small space heater thats always on. Add two large monitors, lamps, an air filter, etc, and I end up leaving my window open in the winter to compsensate. Its 57 degrees (F) outside right now and my AC is on...

500 watts under load. At idle it’s usually like 50 or less.
