The more you read the more depressing it gets

You dose people with drugs without consent, then observe and film them having sex with prostitutes?

Everyone needs a hobby I guess

Tiny boulders do not exist. you have obviously never seen a large boulder the size of a small boulder

If your house has lead soldered pipes that could be an issue. Many (most?) plants tolerate lead well, I wouldn't want to use it on my tomatoes though. Radon could also be a problem for indoor air quality.

As far as temperature goes plants wouldn't be exposed to temps above body temperature, even in a hot climate rain is going to be well below that. In my experience seedlings especially do not like warmer water, when I use it I water around the plant and not at its base.

Whether your plants can benefit from increased minerals is going to depend on the plants needs, the soil mineral content, and the mineral content of your water.

It can be so much worse if they have Wandering Womb

In the middle of the flanks of women lies the womb, a female viscus, closely resembling an animal; for it is moved of itself hither and thither in the flanks, also upwards in a direct line to below the cartilage of the thorax, and also obliquely to the right or to the left, either to the liver or the spleen, and it likewise is subject to prolapsus downwards, and in a word, it is altogether erratic

This would be better for the DeGoogle community, I don't believe any of these are terribly privacy friendly.

BBC's iPlayer is only available in the U.K. (or with VPN) and has a lot of tracking. Just one example.

That's one hell of a read

I want to say thanks to the Admins here. I got a fediverse chick DM today, I was going to report it earlier but I was busy. It was on our instance. When I looked later the DM was deleted (due to Lemmy being Lemmy only Admins can delete DMs). So, thanks for your hard work, it is appreciated.

Edit: I got another one today, again the admins deleted it. Thanks again

Midori Web Browser (self.BuyFromEU)

This is a Firefox fork from a Spanish group.

Pros

  • privacy focused
  • default search is their own Searx instance
  • default integrated Oblivious http (toggle off)
  • uses Next.dns (cannot be changed though, and I can't find documentation of the implementation)

Cons

  • updates can be irregular
  • they seem a bit opaque as to funding
  • no about:config, if it's not in the settings you ain't getting it.
  • may use Google Safebrowsing directly (instead of the Firefox version), it's very hard to tell
  • the website is fucking garbage, stock photos/images on a lot of it, many links go to the same place

Other

Seems to be a middle ground between Firefox and Ironfox on Android. I use it occasionally when it is up to date just to spread my browsing around. Obtanium reminded me today that there was an update.
