Wouldn’t teams just feign injuries to waste time during that period?
Throwing more subjectivity to people who can barely get it right with video review isn’t a good idea too. Decent idea on paper, implementation will be a mess.

Penalty fiasco aside, football discourse is so results oriented and outcome based it’s absurd.
The consensus is PSG played awful while Newcastle had a wonderful performance.
No. PSG missed a gazillion chances and would have won that game 95 out of 100 times. Newcastle didn’t play great and didn’t deserve the win.
Lol, shouldn’t be a pen but finally a decision goes against them.
Newcastle at St James too where every team including PSG has been battered so far. Their whole xG was created by their “goal”.
