Was thinking the same, but it would be nice to have a way to group all the similar communities together, just for viewing organization.

Steam will not be better than it is now. I have been using it for years and not much has changed. There is no reason for it to improve for the consumers when it's the top dog.

News articles without an author and date shouldn't be allowed to be posted. The legitimacy of news sources goes way down without those.

Lian Li is the best case manufacturer currently because almost every other case manufacturer is copying their designs (so many fish bowl cases, cases with venting and open panels in the lower shroud area, and cases with a second chamber behind the motherboard for the power supply and drives). Fractal Design is also decent, but not as innovative as Lian Li.

I have the Lancool 3 currently, white version because white colored cases are easier to see inside with normal indoor lighting. No extra lights makes it easier to work in. The only complaint is that it's not silent at all. Also I would prefer no glass, but not really a complaint.

Most battery tech is just lithium ion batteries wired in series, like 80 laptop batteries. They regulate the temps so that the batteries don't degrade too fast. Battery tech hasn't changed much in decades, so you will see the same problems on your phone battery on car batteries. So, no, Tesla battery tech isn't special.

I recently heard china is the first to manufacture sodium ion batteries for their consumer EVs. Sodium is supposed to be better, but I forget why.

Doctors are people too and can make mistakes, but they are highly educated (hopefully through accreditation) and depending how long they have been in practice, experienced. That being said, online educational sources can help get you started if you suspect something is wrong, but don't try to do a doctor's work from online research. This includes asking Lemmy/reddit advice.

I don't know about your medical or financial situation, but maybe look into talking to a therapist to vent. They are paid to listen and give advice that could help. Venting is better than bottling up.

Thanks for writing this, it's cool lore.

Steam reviews should be a good place to read about it. Despite what people may say about steam reviews (jokes and brigading), it's still a good source of info.

This community is quite eye opening. Didn't know much about the origins of Lemmy until stumbling upon this.

The biggest head scratcher for me is that they identify themselves as Leftists. If they are left and I'm not Right, what am I? Centralist? I'm never much into names and titles because they are used and abused, but my curiosity is winning out.

Epic Games had a first person shooter moba, called Paragon, that failed and closed down. It was actually not bad, just not popular enough.
