Just open Messages for Web on your other phone and link it to your main phone. Then add a shortcut to homescreen (install the web app from chome menu). The experience is so great you can't tell it from the native Messages app.

Additionally this is great on a computer for SMS arguments when you need a full keyboard so they can never get a word in between your full blown 5 paragraph essays. Or just regular sms but with a full keyboard. Don't judge me.

Never underestimate a scorned woman's ability to fire off three paragraphs from her phone in 2.4 seconds.

Source: Many many arguments with my ex-wife over text. There is a very good reason we're divorced.

Did they change something recently? Because I thought this was limited to once device and the experience wasnt good.

Not sure but even on my iPhone the web app works great with Safari. I have it on 3 phones already.
