Just a suggestion, it will probably be taken the wrong way, but here it is:

Fully diskless servers, they own their infrastructure, tested in court (The Pirate Bay case), you get not only port forwarding but you can buy your own dedicated IP address, multihop, etc. Same jurisdiction as Mullvad. VERY knowledgeable tech support, which unfortunately consists of only three people.
What is NOT so great:
Half the number of servers compared to IVPN,
Android app seems abandoned (you can use WireGuard app, but it is very barebones), IVPN's app is WAY better, 14 eyes country, other OVPN apps are NOT open source yet.
I currently added IVPN to my arsenal, because the Android app is damn nice, but have been with OVPN for a few years now and have no complaints. I used to be with Mullvad, but they failed to handle IPv6 well, when port forwarding was enabled.
